Why don’t they say Ice Bear’s name

Grizz, Panda, and every other character never refer to Ice Bear by his name. The most they’ve ever done is call him “little brother”. Also, Ice Bear never refers to Grizz or Panda by their names. From what I remember, the most he’s done is call Grizz “big brother”. Is there any reason for this? It’s been bothering me for a long time
