Know of any good online resources for learning Flash 8?

I have some co-workers that are wanting to learn flash, but they are running Flash 8 on their machines, (company is too cheap for upgrades). Does anyone know of any good online resources for learning Flash 8, or even CS2 (I think they are still pretty similar)? Most of the stuff I've found is for CS3 and up (I use CS4).
