Difficulty learning Javascript

I have tried a few different ways of learning Javascript, I tried to learn from the headfirst Javascript book, and I tried codecademy, but at a certain point I feel like I'm not learning anything, and it starts feeling stressful and unproductive, how can I teach myself Javascript?
