Best website template suggestions...?

Could someone tell me if this exists? I have a couple types of websites I would like to put together... and wonder if there are prefab sites for stores, dating sites etc.. for example

-A dating Site, I have an idea for a dating site where I would like to be pretty generally the same as any other dating site but with a few tweaks.

-Online Store.. I want to make an online store but with my own chosen goods. Is there a template?

Would I need Drupal or something like that in order to do this? Or are there actual prefabs... with most things hooked up already?
