This is based upon the spreadsheet created for the ScalingNOW! workshop held in Barcelona in March 2018; however, we encourage projects that didn't attend the workshop to come forward and provide details of their solution.

To be considered for inclusion, projects should answer the following 13 key points of information (review other projects in the spreadsheet if anything is unclear).

Required spreadsheet information:

• What is it? (brief description)

1. Roadmap - what components and when. Please provide expected dates: e.g. Q3 2018 etc.
2. Security - the focus is around cost of disruption, cost of compromise, and some about finality.
3. Scope of applications - e.g. "1-1 payments"
4. Throughput - e.g. "Underlying chain limits number of channels that can be opened/closed per unit time."
5. Latency - e.g. "near instant, but... "
6. Bottlenecks - e.g. main chain
7. Cost - e.g. "X*1000 Gas costs"
8. Upgradeability - "solution off-chain, so easy"
9. Developers Experience - "have an SDK, aiming to make this as easy as possible"
10. User Experience - e.g. "aiming to support a great UX. Low block times mean that users won't have to wait long"
11. Dependencies - e.g. metamask, an SDK, any other libraries or services.
12. Supporting Services - What services currently support, but future intentions are also useful. There is some overlap with dependencies.
13. Pain Points - e.g. "lack of a good blockexplorer"
