So I want to start my own weather program (like TWC and the local news) online. What's the best way to do that?

I want to make a daily or weekly weather program on the internet on YouTube or Livestream. I know I'm gonna need things like a blue screen, a good camera, and a good computer, but I'm wondering about how to get the data since I can't make my own system, graphics, and if it is even viable to do it on the internet in terms of views and interest. So what's the best way to do this?
