Post Body
COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM TO 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING
WHAT...Up to 1 foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.
WHERE...Hudson, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex and Eastern Union Counties.
WHEN...From 7 PM to 11 PM EDT this evening.
Just curious why this is happening? It can’t be from any local rain storms as it is supposed to be sunny and warm today. I am a novice so I don’t understand this.
Any insight is appreciated.
Thank you.
