I've been using Intervals.icu for about a year and it's easily the most amazing tool/site I've found for going through my workout data, tracking fitness/over-training in great depth and flexibility.
It's also donation-ware (so you can use it for free and choose if you want to donate later).
It connects to your Strava and automatically loads your activities (both old and new). So if you have SmartRow and have it connected to Strava, when you save the workout session, a few moments later Intervals.icu automatically pulls and processes it.
Although it was developed mainly for cycling and running to a lesser degree, it's been expanding to a ton of more sports and its Rowing support is very good.
It has a ton of features, I'll list some, but you can see a great visual tour on https://intervals.icu/about.html
- Fitness, freshness and form chart with annotations that shows future impact of your training plan
- Form as an absolute number or a percentage of fitness
- Automatic FTP estimation (eFTP) from a single maximal effort
- Mark intervals on your sessions and track your performance over time for each interval type.
- Define your seasons/periods of interest and compare performance and records
- Power & Heartrate Zones
- Create your own custom charts with a ton of data generated from your sessions
- A ton of integrations with other apps, along with an open API for tinkers.
- The list is really endless, David, the Intervals.icu creator and afaik sole developer is amazing tireless and has gathered a great supportive community on the site's forums too.
If you have a SmartRow and are into data, it's an amazing tool that I'm sure you'll make great use of.
