Is Waterfox (Current) using Quantum ?

Post Body

In Waterfox 56.2.0 Release Changes note, I see Waterfox using Stylo and Rust. And now with the new Waterfox Current is base on Firefox 68. So are we using Quantum or not? In our Wikipedia page still describe we don't use Rust Language and Quantum Engine.

I am not a programmer but I heard how good is Rust and Quantum (and Servo). If we aren't using Quantum, can we use that in the future (and still keep our futures like maintain support for legacy extensions and focus on speedy and ethical (security))? or never?

And I remember the old icon :'(

Sorry about my bad English grammar
