Ireland is so unbelievably slow and behind the times in their intellectual development and progression of issues.
These protests on both sides, are utterly pointless.
Ireland won’t realise it has a problem, until it becomes the UK. Until religion, ideology and uncultured peoples of all kinds come together in silencing views, silencing free speech, silencing dissenting voices, and allow itself once again to battered and beaten and bullied into subservience by one or other groups, religions or ideologies and the Irish way of life diluted to the point of irrelevance and by then, it will be far to late to recover what we once knew to be Ireland and the Irish way of life.
It’s a train that cannot be stopped because the collective IQ and lack of political understanding in this country is astronomical.

Neither side is silencing free speech. That remark was extraneous to the protest, a generic comment regarding society at large.
