Help building first watercooled pc

Okay so me and my friend are wanting to watercool our PC's but have no idea how and where to start. we have our parts to start/practice with (old PC parts that use DDR2 so we dont fry $100's). so question is what fittings, tubing, etc do we use, you get the idea.
