Ultrasonic For Cleaning a Movement?

Hey Reddit! I recently broke the crystal on my watch, and it was about time to do a service on it anyway so I’ve decided to take it all apart and fully service it. I don’t own a watch cleaning machine because I really only work on my own watches, but I do have several ultrasonic cleaners for the other types of work I do. Would it do any damage to the movement / parts if I cleaned them in the ultrasonic? I do have baskets to put the parts in if that makes any difference.
