Color expression not working

Hey guys,
I have a goal arc linked to the body battery value and want to change its color to red when the value is below 20.
I have used this expression, but it doesn't seem to work.
(ds330)Â < 20 ? 0xff0000 : 0x555555
Any thoughts?
