Problem with the News app

The News app on my iPhone and iPad works as expected, including the widget, but on my Apple Watch with watchos 9.3.1, still doesn’t. It only says preparing news, and the complication also doesn’t work. If anyone has any suggestions, or is experiencing the same problem, please let me know!
