Reccomended Chapters for catching up with plot?

I started reading up to chapter 15 then stopped. I tried reading chapter 90-ish? and there's like a teacher, some student council president, and two sisters into Tomoko's brother?
What are the reccomended chapters for me to catch up?
I know that Watamote isn't TOO based off of a large, arcing plot, but it's nice to know.
