Enclave in Skirmish Mode

Looking to play a power armor focused Enclave list in skirmish. I'm new to the game so I'm not quite sure what a standard game size is.
Also in the app, there's no option to take armor or weapons on the Enclave soldiers. Are they simply armed and armored as modeled?
