How are there pick swaps?

Anyone understand how there's any swaps in this deal? Suns owe all their picks and swaps already except 24 and 26 we owe our first with protections to the Knicks 24 25 26 so those are locked until they convey. Once the calendar rolls over we could do a 2030 swap but it said plural. Unless we're sending something to the Knicks to change the protections I don't see how we're getting any swaps
