Hi everyone, I’m a college student who spends her summers in D.C. I also happen to be turning 21 this year and my birthday falls in the summertime. Despite spending my last two summers in the city I have yet to find a good, core group of friends. I’ll maybe have 1-2 people to celebrate my birthday with this year. What would locals reccomend someone like me to do for my birthday? It doesn’t have to be anything too fancy but I would like to be drunk.
