Navy Yard Historic Building

I’ve noticed that the historic building in Navy Yard at 200 Tingey Street SE has recently been having some activity.
Two porta potties and some signage about asbestos being used have been put on it.
Any idea or leads on what is going on with it or what it’s being turned into finally?
