What can I do against Hecarim this patch and the new Udyr?

I'm in Silver 1 with 55% winrate on 100 games of WW and to tell the truth I'm getting a little tilted as I'm sat around 80 LP and very close to promos and it feels like every other game is against either Udyr or Hecarim. Probably because following a loss to Udyr I ban Udyr and get to play Heca next and vice versa.

I suck vs them. Udyr just has insane damage on his Q so I get burst down before I can fight back. Hecarim runs over my team after a couple of items. I don't see any counterplay to champs that can out-farm me, out-run me, out-duel me and out-teamfight me.
