Like enemy team have 2 or 3 champ like Tahm Kench, Sett and Morderkaiser or more champ have abilities for shield themself or shielded them's ally and use some item like Sterak's Gage or Gargoyle Stoneplate, can we use Serpent's Fang? I known lethality is almost useless for uor doggo, but the Passive which can remove them shield immediately can be useful for that situation.

And even my team have AD assassin or a Adc can use lethality, in a soloq game, they don't listen me to use that item. I mean in this meta, alot of champ use shield (like top Tahm Kench, Sett, Kled and Morderkaiser, Jungle J4 or Ivern, Mid Orianna, Karma, Nekko or even the new champ Akshan , Ad Kai'sa and alot support have abilities for shelding).

So can we use or rush Serpent's Fang for some situation?
