I am huge NATO fun especially 2nd infantry, 101st and 82nd airborne. Apaches are so strong š¤NATO aviation all around testes better for me.
But how to play as PACT? What is the strength in PACT?
They have more strong artillery than NATO and thicker recon squads.. Maybe infantry for CQB is better on pact side because of RPO launcher, they also seems more thicker but I am not 100% sure. General pact infantry is kinda meh. Nato usually have more squad members. Bmd without smokes is fucking joke. So easy to destroy. Bmd is better, but still worth in compare to Bradley. Russian meme Atgm is also worthless. Konkurs is kinda ok. Soviet iglas can compete with 1vet stinger in accuracy only if you double vet them. Tanks? Only good thing in tanks is their ATGM and you technically can leave them with no vet, cuz good standard rate of fire. Soviet helicopters canāt compete with apaches. Only KA-50 is kinda Soviet Apache, but you have only two 1 AA and only if you play Soviet airborne (old one). Heli rush as Soviets donāt work well. They have really big problems with accuracy in ārun and gunā tactic. (Aim only good if they can stay in position) You can use them more fore your infantry support, cuz rockets deal a little more HE damage.
I feel that Soviets are really weaker. Regular infantry sucks, good tanks have only two-three decisions. When you can have 6 Abrams as 101 airborne lol. KA-50 only 3 cards and only for 35 airborne. Recon infantry feels better, but no snipers(2 dudes with svd is a joke). Artillery is strong yeah. But I donāt like artillery play-style. Please, give more KA-50 to airborne. Or fix mi-24 and give them more accuracy in movement.
