Magic: How to apply 2nd ed magic rules to 4th ed?

Post Body

I'm not all that fond of how magic has been implemented in 4th edition. It's streamlined to fit with the program (everything depends. on SL), sure, but I'm not so fond of the outcome. That is, magic as strategic pinching. I prefer the faustian magic of 2nd edition WFRP.

So any tips on how to backport magic? I haven't decided what to do with advance schemes and magic dice etc myself yet.
