What would be the actual roles and duty of each Class Order Hall leader?

Let's say that our PCs remained the leaders of their order halls after Legion. What would they realistically be doing? For example, from what the recent DK short story told us, the Deathlord would likely be collecting new soldiers to be reanimated and overseeing that operation, as well as doing what DKs have done since Wrath and keeping the Scourge in Northrend under control. But what about the others?
