How would you make Pandaren more relevant in the faction stories?

Blizzard seems to be at a complete loss as to what to do with the Huojin and Tushui pandaren since MoP. The most they have ever done isn't even in the game, with Ji Firepaw being an excellent political negotiator within the Horde Council in Shadows Rising for half a chapter.
How would you make them more politically relevant or are blizz right in basically ignoring everything to do with them?
