I love em personally. As someone who can't play wow, I like that there's an alternative way to experience the lore. Also a big fan of seeing custom models and voice packs.

I've played a few custom campaigns such as Rise of the blood elves, which folllows the event of the burning crusade expansion (not sure), there's also the jeopardy of the horde, based on a book, as well as malfurions quest based on a book I think

There's also some custom campaigns that I haven't played. There's a troll campaign that follow the events of the troll vs aqir war. A forsaken campaign based on one of the wow expansions. The warcraft I and II remakes technically count.
