Would these monstera cuttings make good plants for a fresh water walstad tank for shrimp?

So I bought this massive old glass wine jar and decided to put some cuttings in water in it. I've had some algae growth occur over timeand though adding some fresh water shrimp might be a good way to combat this. Do you all think these large rooted cuttings would provide enough 02 for the shrimp to live? Or would you recommend I get a bubbler for it.
