So right now we have 3 people dispensing, 3 people prepping, 1 downstacking and then at 6 it drops to 2 dispense 2 prep. We are stuffed in a storage room behind the meat departments area and share their cooler and freezer rooms to stack our orders. Right now it's 30 an hour and it's sometimes pretty rough. They're building us our own department on the opposite side of the store furthest away from groceries and are changing the limit to 90 orders an hour. Should I just leave while I can? We are also on a hiring freeze so I don't want to deal with training while we have that many orders. I love pushing carts but the AZ heat sucks sometimes.
