Taking directions from not-official-dm associate
Post Body

Hello everyone, I'm a personal shopper fellow of yours and I have a question. I have this associate I work with in the department and the management are planning to make her a department manager, so they are kinda letting her do some minor tasks that department managers do like planning who is gonna go for ambient/chilled etc. pick walk. And the other day our ASM told her that she can feel free to send the dispensing associate home if they are not wearing steal toes. Is this acceptable? Can I refuse to take orders from this person?
