So long O/N, you won't be missed
Post Body

I and my other Support Manager were the first two people selected for the O/N team lead positions. We both thoroughly enjoyed it (at first) but as time went on and they slowly but surely kept adding more and more on our plates without increasing our resources we began to get burned out. The other stepped down a little while ago but I tried to stick it out (mostly for the money), but after a recent verbal lashing about how I should be able to do the other 100 "Notes" they assigned in addition to working all the freight, cleaning my backroom, zoning the store, and in my case opening and closing the front end.

After a recent verbal argument between me and my coach, I decided enough was enough and I requested (demanded) to be moved to days .This is my last week on O/N and I just came back from Vaca to the store being a complete DISASTER, I walked into the office to see my disheveled looking Coach, he and I were walking the back room and I saw him just staring off into space trying to find words to explain to me how the whole time I was gone everything was a shitshow. And I just chuckled and said better get used to this boss.

I will now be the entertainment team lead until I find something better and believe me I'm looking
