Basically the title, and I'm going to college full time and in the national guard. How the fuck am I supposed to pull this shit off... It's TLE too and we are so understaffed I already am still working 6 days out of the week (albiet at 32 hours) And it's only been 6 months since I started working here. It's not great, but definitely not bad since I have some people in my department I'd actually consider friends, but to anybody who has juggled school and juggled this what is some stuff I can do? I'm worried for my current service managers health, (he's about to get ACCM and that's why I'm taking his position) and I'm sure if any other store offers more he is 100% going to take it, or if the store who was pushing for him at some point wants me as well, then I'm still probably going to take the job anyway, but to just keep things running while I've got a harsh week of school is a work phone specifically to tell customers they can't have their way in a specific situation or to diagnose and help team members to get something done a good idea? Also going to be posting flyers around my college as soon as I get the job to get more people in the shop because frankly, for a college kid, it's a pretty good gig at the rate they're paying new techs so hopefully I could keep my hours lower at 32 a week but that's also less likely and I'll just keep to 6 hour shifts and skip lunches entirely from now on. Any advice?
