Hello all. I work in OGP and it usually gets insanely busy, so busy where salaried management will not allow us to have breaks. Instead of hiring more people they often grab 5-6 employees from other departments to make up for the lack of staff in OGP. Management will shun and even write up people for taking their breaks or going to the bathroom while at the same time management gets all their breaks.

It is frustrating for management to be yelling at everybody to hurry up while at the same time not allowing breaks. Is there anyway to anonymously report Management? If I were to report myself I would for sure be fired. I tried taking some of my PPTO leave but they refused to let me use a computer aswell. They use the gise of you can't do anything if there's a car in the lot. Which, from working there a year now I've seen no car always in the lot maby 2.or 3 times.
