So, I want to know if anyone else has had this issue? You use the app, do your call in and it gives you the Confirmation number. However when you return to work they said it never came through on their end?

It has happened to me on three call ins. (The last two were two days back to back so I didn't know) However I got a coaching because the system was having problems with my absence. I received the confirmation numbers and took a screen shot. Thats why I use the app. The first time I thought it was just a glitch. Now I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I did everything right on my part and didn't know it didn't work until I got back to the store.
