The overnight csm was trying to talk to the store manager and he got so irritated so fast. He started going off saying how our overnight went from the best in the market to the worst, and how he’s going to replace every manager on overnight including the assistants. The csm is fairly new and always bust his ass and gets everything done every night, so I don’t understand why the hostility. He even told the csm the rec for his position opened and he could re-interview for his position. The SM was also saying how this one assistant was on her last leg and how shes just not making the cut. Mind you this is all out on the floor in the action alley in front of frozen. I texted the ASM and she had no idea it was even going badly especially since almost every night everything gets done, the SM has said nothing to her. Are you allowed to be bad mouthing management on the sales floor like this? It seems pretty unethical.
