Haven’t been able to see any answers from what’s been posted so far...ever since the update we had a couple weeks ago (and a second update that changed some minor things) none of the MC40s beep when an alert comes through for an override. We have increased volume with the physical button, as well as through user settings on the MC40s and neither has fixed the issue. Factory reset one device and that also did not fix the problem. Didn’t have time to call field support yesterday but am going to at some point today, but I’m wondering if anyone has found a way to turn on the volume for CSM alerts.

Let me know what you did if something worked for you, and I will post later if I am able to get anywhere with field support as far as a fix.
