Little backstory. My cap 2 sup has been with walmart for almost 5 years. I joined cap 2 6 months ago. He is a very laid back kinda guy, enjoyed and respected by everyone. We didn't get everything done but we did our best. Our asm wasn't a bad guy either. Very easy to work with and understanding. Last month our asm went to consumables and we got a new asm. She is very overbearing and expects way more than what is reasonable. She threatened our super that he had 1 week to get every gm truck unloaded in under 2 hours, otherwise he can step down or be fired. That was on tuesday. He is trying to switch to the hardware dm, while us on cap 2 who are worth anything are looking to get away as well. We have 12 people on our team. 3 remix days, 4 trucks averaging between 2,500 and 3k pieces. We recently got a new store manager as well. If he steps down, I doubt anyone would.be stupid enough to take the spot. Any thoughts? Were the threats empty or is his job in seriouus danger?
