Is it against policy for management to take pictures of associates?

I work cap 2. A few nights ago I seen the o/n manager take pictures of the inside of the trailer. This was like 10pm and I was on break packs so I thought nothing of it. Yesterday i heard some of my coworkers say she was even taking pictures of them while they were working. Could something possibly be done about This? I wouldn't go to ap or store manager because I know nothing would.happen.
