Man, tonight sucked. Context, my coach stated that most walmarts in their market don’t require an overnight anymore after the remodel so most stores have already phased them out, or will in the near future. Regardless, we’ve got from a 40 person crew down to 10 with the SAME WORKLOAD…Because of this change, Cap 2’s new responsibility is to downstack the frozen dairy pallets for us. Of course on our busiest day with back to school features all coming in, nobody did anything today. All 4 of us had to downstack our 5 pallets of dairy in the first hour, and I had to downstack all 7 pallets of frozen by myself. On top of that, i down stacked 3 pallets of milk/juice and threw all that freight up before last break. Today was one of the worst it’s been since i used to be in ogp and they had 6 people for open/close with 400 orders for the day…
