so in my department we recently lost an entire mod, 20 sections worth, every item in the old modular is showing up with no sales floor location.

there was not any mod change, and it's not showing up as expired in the system or anything, it's just not showing up at all. every other modular for the department is still there including a different expired one.

our mod team, coach, and even store manager have looked into it and none of them have seen this before and think it's a glitch from HO, otherwise they say it may not get reset until the next new mod for the area which is in 6 weeks or something. and since nothing has a location i assume it will also cause items to never be picked from the backroom either, even when the shelves are empty.

has anyone else experienced this before?
