My store is starting to enforce this, so if you call off or if you don’t have your full 40 for the week, it does not matter and you cannot work outside your scheduled hours. I had two days that I had to call off because of medical and I have an FMLA to be able to do so and I was trying to make up some hours but they told me no unless I wanted to pick up in a different area. I was just trying to take like 30 minute Lunches And possibly stay over a little bit on days that we are shortstaffed in the area that I work but no matter what I asked they kept saying you can only work what your scheduled and it happened at the beginning of the week on Sunday and Monday so it’s not like I was trying to do it just one day at the end
