How long do I have to report an incident I had with my store manager to ethics?
Post Body

So for contextā€¦Iā€™ve been on light duty due to an injury I had sustained at work, and Iā€™ve been catching those side eyes and stares from management. Iā€™m on 100% sit down only TAD and my store manager has me on and off the registers. Now Iā€™ve told my doctor and they still want me to stay sitting down and not be on the registers. Iā€™ve mentioned this to my people lead and got placed in the back on the computers doing academy and u learns and finally everything came to a breaking point and my store manager caught me on the floor on my break mind u with a plate of delicious food from the deli and just started yelling at me tht my place was at the ā€œcheck standā€ and had words in front of customers and some associates. I took it to the people leads office and had a private conversation and there goes my store manager yelling at me in front of the people lead and pointing at while yelling at me saying ā€œIā€™m the store manager, Iā€™m in charge and youā€™re just an associate! You need to do what I say and get on the check stand!ā€ It was really an intense moment and never experienced anything like this during my 5 yrs of employment at Walmart. I need advice!!!
