I've been a deli/bake TA at a market for 6 months. Was "slow" at first and written up, so am on orange. Since then I drastically increased my pace and took more initiative, and my AT, who had the same opinion as TL, is now treating me better and acting like I'm his equal. TL will not stop. Came by at 5:45 this morning, 45 minutes into my shift, and said "I'm only going to say this one more time, I need you to take more initiative and move faster." I had already done CVP, a bin worth of freight, and was putting a pallet of hot bar freight in the steel. WTF do I need to do to get this man to shut up, stop harassing me, and stop threatening my job? Do I just go to ethics?
Thanks in advance for any help and insight
