So I’ve been at this store for over a month now. I hate it. They’re not all the way on process, I know no one actually is. But coming from a store that was, it sucks here. It’s always “everyone does everything here” and when it comes to finally having something from a prior shift leftover to do, it’s said that 3rds should’ve taken care of. On top of zoning an entire store, working topstock; because there is little to no zoning happening during the day/business hours…same with topstock. Very minimal. BUT we’re expected to zone 17hrs of a shopped store in 2…make it make sense. TLs here are snarky and come off so arrogant. I hate it here! Can I get out and transfer to a different store! This is also a D1 store; I came from a Supercenter..I miss the chaos of it all.
