Walmart was probably my worst job that I’ve had from the bullshit point system to rude managers and customer. I worked in the Walmart auto center I love cars but working there changed that for me. Starting from terrible tools that needed replaced all the time rusted out lifts and the pits for the oil changes the concrete has started to shrink causing the grates to sometimes get stuck while trying to open them . My manager was never out in the shop he was always stocking shelves he never trained us and when he was out in the shop he would yell at us for not knowing the rules. Recently my health hasn’t been doing well and I had to take a couple days off which meant that I know longer was able to get a raise which this was the first place that this happened in. The other manager that was actually out there never did anything he would sit at the podium on his phone pretending to be ordering things for the shop he would never help us when the shop got busy. I know this is a lot to read and typing on phones I’m not the greatest at so grammar might not be great. But all I have to say is screw you Walmart you were the worst and you under pay associates for what they do edit your point system to make it make sense and hire competent managers who know what there doing. Bye Walmart I almost made it a year but I got fired by a homophobic manager.
