I am a teamlead for walmart and my coach put false feedback on my profile and I know it will affect me being promoted who would be my best choice to contact in this situation I’m fairly new to being a teamlead and this is the first time this coach has asked me to come to the back room. She told me about the situation that needed to be resolved and I apologized and said it won’t happen again. I look at the feedback she put and the first whole paragraph wasn’t even about what we talked about in the office and it never happened. I don’t know if it was miscommunication from her end but the note has mostly nothing about what we talked about when she pulled me aside and it’s also putting false information about other things I never did nor knew about.
