I wanted to share this after a person of this group posted about being told walmart employees are less than. This is my square chart of soft skills. Primary colors represent and are labeled careers( Walmart, Banking/Teller, Data Entry) , secondary colors are 2 jobs in common, white are the top 3 soft skills they all have in common. I drew this because I've been considering a career change. But I wanted all employees going thru this retail hell, that you are NOT beneath other careers. You do matter and you do have valuable skills and attributes! Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. Good Day 🌸
