Hi! I went to my local Walmart today & couldnāt find something. So I went up to an associate to ask where to find it & he said āI donāt speak Englishā & he called someone over who spoke English to explain.
Iām not complaining in any way shape or form & im happy that that man was able to get a job without language as a barrier.
It made me wonder though as Iāve never worked for Walmart before. Is there some initiative or is it common to hire non English speakers at your stores?
Again, no hate at all, Iām just curious cause in 33 years this the first time Iāve ever seen someone working anywhere who doesnāt speak any English.
