Welp, the company has bitten off more than it could chew. These new customer service focus points for the new year are bull. We are extremely understaffed and losing people by the day. No training. No support from upper management. Too much pressure on the associates we do have. Underworking your role, the company structure makes sense on paper fails in person. Bring by Department Managers and Department Associates at least. I only been with the company a year. As an external and I seen after one month the company is a joke. On so many levels. Most importantly we fail the customer often. People are so work-whipped and worried about losing their job it affects how we are with the customers. We get yelled at anyways by upper mgmt regardless. What a sad joke. I could go on, but most of you guys on here know im speaking to the choir
