"Spoil the Broth".....

This should be Walmarts Management Motto, at least at my store.

I work overnights. We have 2 TLs and 2 Coaches that split the week. Not a single one of them is ever doing the same as another.

One night we're told to zone like we're getting ready for inventory. Another night we're told to just pull enough forward to "make a wall". One night we're told we don't have to worry about working picks and the next night it's the first thing we have to work.

Many associates have been given feedback or coached for doing what they were told to do by someone else. It's a confusing mess most nights because it seems that none of the people in charge ever actually talk to each other.

The complete lack of communication between management constantly has everyone on edge and having to ask what to do every damn night.

The SM and People Lead have all been made aware of the issues, but they seem to not give 2 shits as long as the jobs are getting done.
