Tonight the overnight coach tried making CAP 2 stay late and finish a majority of overnights work because they are always pissing and moaning that people quit on them or they call in . He proceeded to keep talking crap about us and kept stacking more and more tasks for us to do and I finally snapped which it takes a lot for me to snap . I said out loud “ if we are doing most of the work , then we expect half your paycheck “ he then responded on the other side of the aisle with “ if there’s a problem say it to my face “ I then got with in 2 feet of him and raised my tone for the overnight crew and the other overnight managers ( including my cap 2 manager ) to hear what i was about to say . And repeated “ If we are doing most of y’all’s work then we expect half your paycheck including our manager , we are tired , and we have done more in 3 hours then your team does in 1 . We work the picks , zone , work the freight in not just one department but in just about every department and y’all still cry like a bunch of preschoolers asking for their mommy’s . He got red in the face and said “ Whatever , Cap 2 finish that pallet and y’all can go “ our overnight team is a bunch of lazy ass bums that cant finish a department in an hour( we have 30 people on our overnight team 20 on a bad day “ )
